Nairobi Leadership Conference
Each December, we partner with Strathmore University to host a Leadership Conference on its campus in Nairobi.
Over the years, we have been honored to welcome inspiring speakers such as Peter Tabichi (Global Teacher Prize 2019), Dr. Wathuta (Dean of Strathmore Law School), and Dr. Mwangi (Dean of Strathmore Business School).
Our Nairobi Leadership Conference brings together expertise and perspectives from diverse fields. Through dialogue, mentorship, and shared experiences, the event seeks to empower young people to take action and grow as leaders within their communities and spheres of influence.
Munich Leadership Workshop
Throughout the year, we partner with IESE Business School to host leadership workshops on its Munich campus.
These workshops explore leadership from multiple perspectives, including values-based leadership, citizenship, self-awareness, and the role of women in the corporate world. Sessions combine case studies, panel discussions, and interactive group exchanges that encourage reflection and open dialogue.
